MU-234, MU-236

The MU-234 and MU-236 modules are especially designed for applications where a programmable SSI master is required.

Both modules are equipped with two SSI master controllers working with fixed CLK frequency, datalength can be configured up to 32 bits with straight binary or Gray code.

Data from the free-running SSI controllers are stored in the module's internal memory (optionally converted from Gray code to straight binary code) and readable by Modbus RTU command via RS-485 line in straight binary code.

Signal isolation is solved in accordance with the requirements of the SSI slave device, the input SSI channel (i.e. CLK) is isolated by the optocoupler, the output channel (i.e. data) is not isolated (MU-234) or isolated as well (MU-236).
